AASV Conference Registration Information - 2021 (historical)
The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. All veterinarians and veterinary students may register to attend. Others must meet eligibility requirements (see below).
The conference registration fee includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning and all scientific sessions from 12:00 pm Sunday through 1:30 pm Tuesday, in addition to posters and exhibits. Attendees receive access to the digital conference proceedings and may view the presentation recordings until April 30. Single day registrations are not available. Registration fees have been set as follows:

| AASV member registration after February 5 | $485 |
| Veterinarian registration (nonmember) | $530 |
| Full-time Graduate Student Member registration (must be AASV Member) | 1/2 member rate |
| Each additional Tech Table representative (3 reps are included with exhibit fee; limit of 3 additional non-DVM registrations per table) | $530 per person |
| Veterinary student registration (must be current AASV Student Member) - includes access to all seminars | Free |
Preconference Seminars
Additional registration fees apply for the preconference seminars on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular
meeting sessions in order to register for preconference seminars. Virtual conference bonus! One price per day ($95) provides access to ALL of that day's seminar presentations! Speakers will be available for live chat during their scheduled presentation time (Central Standard Time). The seminar recordings will be available for registered attendees to view until April 30.

You must meet one of the following criteria in order to register/attend:
1) Current AASV Affiliate Member
2) Registered representative of the Technical Table Exhibit
3) Invited speaker or poster presenter
4) Full-time Graduate Student Member of the AASV
5) Editorial press/media representative
