The 53rd annual meeting of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians will be held February 26 - March 1 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.

AASV has a block of rooms reserved at the JW Marriott. The AASV nightly room rate is $229 plus tax. High view rooms are $259 plus tax. The reservation cut-off date is February 4, but AASV typically sells out well in advance of the cut-off date so make your reservation early!

The online system allows you to reserve up to five rooms. To reserve a larger block of rooms, contact Group Housing Coordinator Chris Min (chris.min@whitelodging.com) to set up a sub-block. Please do not overbook; this hurts other attendees as well as AASV.

In the past, AASV members and exhibitors have been contacted by companies purporting to handle lodging reservations for the AASV Annual Meeting. AASV does NOT contract with ANY third party to reserve lodging, nor does the hotel contact members or exhibitors to initiate reservations. We strongly encourage all meeting attendees to shun such offers, and to contact the conference hotel directly to make lodging reservations for the meeting.
