AASV Poster Sessions
The information below is intended for those whose abstracts have been selected for poster presentation in the 2022 AASV Annual Meeting (see "Calls for Abstracts" at www.aasv.org/annmtg for abstract submission due dates and details).
The Veterinary Student, Research Topics, and Industrial Partners Poster Sessions will be held Sunday, February 27 and Monday, February 28, 2022 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, Indiana. Poster presenters are required to register for the meeting and must be present at the poster display during the noon hour on Sunday.
Poster presenters should bring their poster with them to the conference. Do not send posters or poster files to the AASV office.
Posters may be oriented horizontally OR vertically, and must fit within a display area that is 3 1/2 feet wide by 4 feet tall. Materials for mounting the posters will be provided.
The poster content must reflect the title listed in the program, but is not limited to the information submitted in the proceedings paper. That is, additional text, tables, figures, and photographs that are unable to be included in the written paper may be included on the poster.
Poster presenters must submit a written paper for the proceedings of the meeting, due November 12. The paper is limited to one page of text plus one table or figure, formatted according to the Author Guidelines.
