AASV Annual Meeting Registration Information - 2022
The AASV continues to move forward with plans for the 2022 AASV Annual Meeting to be held on site in Indianapolis February 26 - March 1. Due to cost, staffing, and hotel contract obligations, a virtual attendance option is not available. As in the past, some presentations, including the Monday general session, will be recorded and made available for AASV members to view after the meeting.
The primary purpose of the AASV Annual Meeting is to provide continuing education for swine veterinarians. All veterinarians and veterinary students may register to attend. Others must meet eligibility requirements (see below). View the conference program here: aasv.org/annmtg/2022/program.php.
Register online here. Registration fees have been set as follows:

| AASV member registration after February 4 | $515 |
| Veterinarian registration (nonmember) | $560 |
| Full-time Graduate Student Member registration (must be AASV Member) | 1/2 member rate |
| Each additional Tech Table representative (3 reps are included with exhibit fee; limit of 3 additional non-DVM registrations per table) | $560 per person |
| Veterinary student registration (must be current AASV Student Member) - includes access to all seminars | Free |
The final day to register online is February 18. On-site registrations will be accepted when the meeting opens in Indianapolis on February 26.
The conference registration fee includes the Research Topics session on Sunday morning and all scientific sessions from 12:00 pm Sunday through 12:00 pm Tuesday, including posters, exhibits, and the digital conference proceedings. Registration also includes Monday's noon luncheon and evening Awards Reception, and the AASV Business Breakfast on Tuesday morning. Single day registrations are not available.
Preconference Seminars
Additional registration fees apply for the preconference seminars on
Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Attendees must register for the regular
meeting sessions in order to register for preconference seminars.
