AASV Poster Sessions
The information below is intended for those whose abstracts have been selected for poster presentation in the 2025 AASV Annual Meeting (see "Calls for Abstracts" at www.aasv.org/annmtg for abstract submission due dates and details).
The Veterinary Student, Research Topics, and Industrial Partners Poster Sessions will be held Sunday and Monday, March 2 and 3, at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis in San Francisco, California. Poster presenters are required to register for the meeting and must be present at the poster display during the noon hour on Sunday.
Poster presenters should bring their poster with them to the conference. Do not send posters or poster files to the AASV office.
Poster Format
Posters may be oriented horizontally OR vertically, but must fit within a display area that is 3 1/2 feet wide by 4 feet tall.
Student Poster Session participants are required to use an Infographic Style for their posters and are encouraged to include a QR code link for their proceedings paper's DOI (digital object identifier), which is available from the AASV office in January.
